About me

Born in 1965 in Sheffield, England, I have dedicated most of my professional life to education, personal development and coaching.

I’m often described as being organised, practical, focussed and creative in my approaches to training, coaching as well as problem solving in general. I’m fascinated by the relationship between our thoughts and our behaviour and love helping people develop, evolve, flourish and prosper.

If you’re looking for someone to work with who is reliable, responsible and has strong social skills (as well as a healthy English sense of humour) then I hope you would be pleased to have found me.

If you’re the sort of person who prefers more specific information, I have an honours degree in Astrophysics from St. Andrews University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Cambridge University. I worked in the UK as a maths teacher before moving to Barcelona in 1990. I studied my MBA with the Open University and have been working as managing director of my own successful company since 1997. In 2013 I finally became a certified life coach through Newcastle College.

If you like putting people in personality type boxes, then I’m an ISFJ-A, enneagram type 3w2 (achiever/helper) and an Aquarius.

I am married, have two energetic children and a bouncy dog, and live in the beautiful forest of Collserola. I very much enjoy having a ‘quiet five minutes’.
