How I work depends on you. Some people like to be methodical, whereas others are better letting their creativity flow. Some need to find the right motivation, others just need to find the winning formula. Nevertheless, there are always three common features. Firstly, I help you increase your awareness of your circumstances by considering areas that you might have never thought about before. Secondly, I help you reevaluate your situation and to identify all the possible options available to you towards reaching your goals. Finally, I help you turn your ideas into a reality by helping you set a clear plan of action and by keeping you on track.
Before each session I will ask you to do some simple preparation. This will help ensure that session is as productive as possible.
At the beginning of the session we will establish what the objective of the session will be, and by the end of the session I will have helped you establish a clear action plan.At the end, we will review how the session has gone and what achievements are expected by the next session.
After the session I ask you to e-mail me a summary of the session. This helps me check that you are on track. It also reenforces the understanding that you are ultimately responsible for your own progress, motivating you to move forward.
